Bemis Co. Inc. has completed the sale of its Paper Packaging division to Hood Packaging Corp.
The division includes offices and manufacturing facilities located in Omaha, Neb.; Crossett, Ark.; Vancouver, Wash.; and Minneapolis, Minn. Sales were $160 million last year.
Hood Packaging is a private company with headquarters in Madison, Wis., and Burlington, Ontario.
Bemis, of Neenah, Wis., is a packaging and pressure sensitive materials company that had 2013 sales of $5 billion. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. | |
