Hennecke GmbH will show innovations in polyurethane processing equipment at UTECH North America, June 4-5 in Charlotte, N.C.:
• The JFLEX slabstock line offers medium production volume and bridging the gap between discontinuous and continuous slabstock production. JFLEX operates at one-fifth of the usual production speed of traditional continuous plants, but makes the same size of block, in a smaller machine footprint.
• The new HIGHLINE machine for precise high-pressure processing of two-component polyurethane parts. The metering machine is cost effective, without any reduction in metering accuracy, formulation adherence or part weight. The price advantage comes from a high degree of standardization, built in a flow assembly system.
The machinery maker is based in Saint Augstin, Germany. Its U.S. location, Hennecke Inc., is in Lawrence, Pa. | |
